Purpose
Anyone is welcome to attend a Planning Committee meeting. Persons interested in becoming a member of the committee should attend three consecutive meetings to understand the issues. To maintain committee status, members must not miss three consecutive meetings. These rules as stated here are subject to change.
Please contact Kristine Hoag, Committee Chair, to join or ask any questions. In order to prepare documents, agendas, and ensure abutter participation, all materials must be submitted to the chair of the committee 8 days in advance of the scheduled meeting.
The committee meets year-round on the second Tuesday of the month. Meeting information can be found on the calendar. Meetings are currently held on Zoom.
