March 4th General Membership Meeting Vote
- 243D Savin Hill Avenue: Proponent will present their proposal to build a single family home on a vacant lot on Morrissey Boulevard and Savin Hill Ave. Proponent had an abutter’s meeting on July 30, 2019 and presented at the November 2019 Planning Meeting and at the December 2019 General Membership Meeting where the proposal was Opposed because of concerns about its overall size, height, environmental impact and concerns from abutters. This project will be heard at the General Membership meeting on February 5th at 7pm.
December Agenda

This project was approved at the June 5th General Membership meeting by a vote of: Support – 16, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1; and, at the May 10th Planning meeting by a vote of: Support – 7, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1.
ZBA Hearings
- 164 Savin Hill Avenue: (3 Units) January 9th. ZBA voted to SUPPORT this proposal with BPDA design review.
The Mayor’s Office deferred to the ZBA
Councilor FitzGerald voted to SUPPORT the proposal
- 841 Columbia Road: (6 Units) November 28th. DEFERRED to March 26, 2024.
