This project was approved at the June 5th General Membership meeting by a vote of: Support – 16, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1; and, at the May 10th Planning meeting by a vote of: Support – 7, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1.

33 Pearl Street: Proponents present their REVISED plans to raze existing single family home and construct a six (6) unit building with eight (8) parking spaces. See revised plans HEREHEREHERE & below for June 13th proposal for eight (8) units and ten (10) parking spaces. General Membership voted to recommend OPPOSITION of this proposal to the ZBA: Support 7, Opposed 14, Abstain 2.
