- Dorchester themed Trivia Nite. Support the Dorchester Historical Society at the Old South Meeting House on Wednesday, June 6th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at 310 Washington Street. More information is available in the Dorchester Reporter at: Dorchester Trivia Nite
- Love your Block. Thank you Bill Walczak for the 35th anniversary of the park cleanup!! The Park looks great! Also thank the Dorchester Parade Committee for another successful Parade.
- New Legislative Director to Councilor Baker will be introduced at the meeting.
- CSHCA Election/Nominating Committee. Nominations are in. Current board members (Desmond, Eileen, Nicole and Patrick) and the executive board nominations are: Paul Nutting, Maureen McQuinlen, John Lydon, Stephan Kaluzisk and Tim Joyce). Motion to support will be taken at meeting.

Speakers.
- Shannon McAuliffe: candidate for District Attorney will address the membership and speak to her agenda should elected the next DA.
- Patrick Fandel will address the membership to provide some updates from the Mayor’s Office.
- A vote to support a new committee “Community Benefits Committee,” formed to address mitigation packages from developers in the Dorchester (Savin Hill) area. The goal is for mitigation dollars to focus on larger needs of the area.
- Ken Osherow, Driscoll Docanto and Charlie Tevnan will seek support to change occupancy from commercial space to restaurant space at 112-120 Savin Hill Avenue, and update the membership on the possibility of a Mexican Restaurant at said location.
- James Baker will provide an update on his development at Savin Hill Ave and Sydney Street.
- Don Walsh will address the members on his efforts with the Vision Committee. Don and the committee have drafted a VISION document for comment. A potential vote on the proposal may be presented.

- 14 Spring Garden: convert single-family home to a 2-family and construct an addition.
- 174R Grampian Way: convert carriage house currently used for storage into 2 condo units with dormers.

- 22 Edison Green: extend Living space into basement with a 3rd floor addition (Abutters meeting on June 13th at 6:00 pm)
- 10 Midland Street: change occupancy from a 2- to a 3-family and add vertical addition. (Abutters meeting on June 13th at 7:00 pm)
- Vargas DaSilveira will seek support to demolish Theo’s Pizza (Corner of Elton and Dot Ave) and erect a 3 story mixed use. First floor restaurant and 4 units above.
