- Southline will provide two 20-amp extension cords for power and will allow us to use their parking lot.
- James Hobin is supplying a print for the raffles.
- The event has been posted to social media sites and sent to the Dorchester Reporter.

- Among Alix, Michelle, and Doreen we have three tables. Cold water will be provided for people to refill their containers. Doreen has cups and raffle tickets.
