- Motion to elect Nicole Chelkowski as Treasurer — Passed
- Motion to give Executive Board/Planning Committee authority to conduct the Association’s business until September general meeting — Passed
- Motion to support Port Norfolk in opposing a billboard there — Passed
- Planning– after robust discussion, a motion in support of the proposal to change 147 Grampian Way to 7 units — Passed 17-7
- 110 Savin Hill Ave was discussed but no vote taken
- Chris Osgood from the City of Boston spoke regarding traffic and related matters
