- Introduced Bob O'Sullivan as the new Vice President.

* Another busy month. 86 Documented incidents.
17 arrests, 15 domestic dispute issues, 35 motor vehicle incidents.
- Meeting on home Assessments held by the City on January 26th 7:00, Murphy School.
- Motion made by attendee at the meeting to send a letter to the Speaker and Senate to state our
concern and request their support of the legislation filed to minimize the amount of the property
tax increase. Motion seconded by Rosemary Powers, no opposition.
- Presentation by Andrea Cillo on the new Senior complex called Snow Place in Roslindale.
- Edens & Avante - Presentation by Joe Parrick
- Expansion of Allstate Road & Update on new Stop & Shop
- 215 Sydney Street - Nora McDonnell. Owners will begin to market the site for
potential Lessees. Sign-up at back of room if you want to participate in committee.
- PLANNING COMMITTEE REPORT - Marlea Mesh
- 15 Howes Street. Board of Appeals voted to not approve the building
of a three family home. The owners cannot file for another appeal for one
year.
